Barry Dubinsky 
Barry Dubinsky was born in Queens, New York. Barry earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Denison University in 1980 and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1984.
Prior to joining our law firm as a partner, Barry was a senior associate at Conroy, Simberg, Ganon, Krevans, Lurvey, Marrow and Schaefer, P.A., one of the largest statewide insurance defense law firms in Florida with one hundred twenty attorneys. He learned how the insurance companies think, operate, and evaluate claims, and will now use this experience on behalf of our injured clients. In addition, Barry Dubinsky was one of four trial attorneys at a large plaintiff personal injury law firm in Fort Myers, Florida.
Mr. Dubinsky practices in all areas of general liability with an emphasis on trial litigation. He was certified as class counsel for a class action in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Dubinsky has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Barry is certified as an instructor of insurance education, personal lines in the State of Florida since April 20, 1999. He is an active member in the community volunteering with Junior Achievement and Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY).
