Lawrence Weinstein

Lawrence Weinstein is a senior partner in the law firm of Weinstein, Scharf & Dubinsky, P.A. and has practiced law in South Florida since 1980. The main emphasis of his practice is in the area of personal injury, including handling claims involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, injuries from faulty products and medical malpractice.

Mr. Weinstein personally reviews and supervises his cases and does not and will not transfer responsibility for a client's file to an associate. He has personally handled or supervised thousands of personal injury claims for clients. His rigorous management ensures that every case receives the individual attention necessary for both timely and satisfactory results.

He has also served as outside counsel to several high profile corporations and professionals and has handled their corporate litigation requirements.

Mr. Weinstein obtained his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in psychology and graduated with a juris doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania. Mr. Weinstein is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Weinstein's hobbies include playing the keyboard and performing with his classic rock band throughout South Florida. He is also a classicly trained pianist and began playing at age 5.
