Man Sues Alleged DUI Victim After Pleading Guilty

In 2007, D.B. pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter following a crash that resulted in the death of three people. However, in a recent turn of events, he has now turned the tables and blamed the driver of the other car. Although that driver, R.M., died as a result of the crash, D.B. is claiming that he caused the accident by suddenly changing lanes.
